CEC's Team of Associates
Dana Beetem earned a BS Degree in Psychology from Penn State University in 2002. She joined the CEC staff in November 2003. She initially functioned in the role of Clinical Assistant at CEC Associates, but she is now the Administrative Supervisor.
Stephen Galambos, MS, earned a Master's degree in Counseling and Health Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. He was hired as a Clinical Assistant by CEC in October 2008. Prior to working for CEC, he worked for the Philadelphia Job Corps Center in the Education, Counseling, and Medical departments.
Fred Heffner, Ed.D., is a retired teacher who joined CEC in 1990. Dr. Heffner has an undergraduate degree in English and a doctorate in Education. His last teaching assignment was as an adjunct in the Saint Joseph’s MBA program, and he teaches art history courses for Kutztown University and the Reading Public Museum.
Lisa Johnson joined CEC Associates in July 2003. Her initial role was as an Office Assistant and Transcriptionist. She subsequently worked as Proofreader. Since May 2005, Lisa has been a Clinical Assistant. Lisa graduated from Ursinus College in May 2003 with a BS Degree in Psychology.
Dina McAfee is the Office Manager at CEC Associates. She joined CEC in December 1998. She has a BS Degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and is currently studying in an MBA program.
Beth McLaughlin has worked at CEC Associates since 1996, and she functions as the Senior Clinical Assistant and Clinical Assistant Supervisor. She has a BA Degree in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College and extensive background supporting various aspects of conducting vocational assessments.
Gina Moyer joined CEC Associates in October 2008 as an Office/Research Assistant. Her role now is Proofreader. She has a BS Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. She also has past experience working in data entry, proofreading, and transcription.
Lindsay Nave joined CEC in March 2009 as the Front Office Assistant. She is a 2008 graduate from Cabrini College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Master’s degree in Psychology.
Lisa Ruth has a BA Degree in Human Resources. Lisa has been a member of the CEC staff since 1986, and her role is Human Resources Administrator. She enjoys photography as well as biking, playing volleyball, skiing, and hiking.
Carolyn Sachs joined CEC Associates as a Clinical Assistant in October 2009. She is a 2009 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Psychology.
Michelle Zhang earned a BS Degree in Psychology from University of Pittsburgh in April 2009. She joined CEC as a Front Office Assistant in August 2009 and now works as a Clinical Assistant.
